Digital delivery policy

Digital products, currently the Brand Prompt Pack and the Workshop Growth AI Kit, are delivered as a ZIP file of documents. Nothing is shipped by post.

1. Pay on the AI kits page through Razorpay.
2. Once Razorpay confirms the payment, the ZIP file downloads to your device and the page shows your payment ID.
3. The page also shows a Download button. Its link works for 7 days, so save the file once it arrives.

If the download does not start or the file will not open, send the payment ID to us on WhatsApp at +91 84280 00085. We check the payment and send the ZIP file to the same chat during working hours, Monday to Saturday.

If you paid but did not see a payment ID, or the file did not download, message us with the phone number or email you used at checkout and we will find the payment. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.

The kit is for use in your own business. Please do not resell or publish the files.
