Pick-Up and Drop Policy

What is included

• Cost: free. No pick-up charge, no drop charge, no minimum bill.
• Area: anywhere in Chennai. There is no distance cap inside the city.
• Who: every customer. It is not restricted to plan members.

The two conditions

1. A confirmed booking. Pick-up is arranged when you book the slot, by phone or WhatsApp. It is not an on-demand service and cannot be requested by turning up.
2. Slot availability on the day. The driver is one of our technicians. Every pick-up run is time that is not being spent in the bay, so the number of runs a day is genuinely limited. If the day is full we will tell you and offer the next slot.

We would rather say this plainly than promise a run we cannot make.

Outside Chennai

Available on request, chargeable, and quoted case by case before the run is agreed.

How it works

1. Call or WhatsApp +91 84280 00085 with your area, car make and model, and the problem.
2. We confirm a slot and a pick-up window.
3. Our technician collects the vehicle. Please have the keys and any known-fault details ready, and remove valuables.
4. We inspect, explain the fault and send the estimate. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.
5. We return the vehicle to the same address, or another address in Chennai if you tell us in advance.

What to expect on timing

Common jobs are usually picked up in the morning and returned the on a booked slot. Diagnosis-dependent work and anything needing a part ordered in takes longer, and we confirm the timeline after inspection. Pick-up and drop is never described as guaranteed, instant, on a booked slot or unlimited, because it is none of those things.
