What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, mobile number, and — depending on the form — your email, car make and model, the service or issue, your area, whether you need pick-up and drop, a preferred branch, a promo or referral code, and any message you write.
• What your browser sends: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and how you moved through the site.
• What you send us directly: WhatsApp messages and phone calls to the numbers published on this site.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, bank details or government ID numbers through this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, confirm a slot and arrange pick-up and drop.
• To prepare an estimate and keep a service history for your vehicle.
• To send service reminders and follow-ups relating to work we have done.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit.co to our email, recorded in a Google spreadsheet, and passed to our own booking system. Site analytics run on Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. The site is hosted on Netlify. Our chat assistant sends the text of your chat to an AI provider to generate a reply. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms, and some are located outside India.

Cookies and similar technology

Analytics and the chat assistant set cookies or use local storage in your browser. Your chat history is kept in your own browser’s local storage so the conversation survives a page reload. You can clear it by clearing your browser storage, and you can block analytics cookies in your browser settings — the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and service records are kept for as long as we may need them to support the vehicle and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics.

Your choices

Ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it — email gmautocool@gmail.com or call +91 84280 00085. Ask us to stop sending reminders at any time and we will. Deleting a service record does not remove an invoice we are required to keep.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
